The table below describes the functions of the fields found on the Shipping Options - Messages screen.
| Pre-printed Order Message | Order Message Lines 1-2. Appears in the order message box. |
| Pre-printed Bill of Lading Message | Bill of Lading Message. Appears after all the items in the body of the bill of lading. |
| Pre-printed Invoice Message | Invoice Message Line 1-2.. Appears in the invoice message box. |
| Pre-printed Additional Invoice Message | Additional Invoice Message Line 1-3.. If using a pre-printed form, this appears as last line item of the body section of the invoice. |
| Route Journal Heading 1 -4 | Route Journal Column Heading 1-4. |
| Footer 1-4 | Route Journal Footer Line 1-4. |
